In this backdrop and amidst the innovation here, we host "Open" a retreat to deep dive into the world of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary arts.

0700hrs - Cycling through the narrow lanes of a Goan Village 

0900hrs - Breakfast at the residential villa 

1000hrs - Food history of Goa a session with a local artist 

1100hrs - Discussion on compliances to start an F&B Outlet 

1300hrs - Lunch 

1400hrs - Understanding Food photography by an expert 

1500hrs - Visit to Brewery to understand the process brewery business

1700hrs - Beach Walk with a company that set up unique walks in Goa

1900hrs - Visit to an Architects office to understand hospitality design 

2100hrs - Dinner and reflections 

 

What is included in the Retreat?

• Accommodation in a villa with sharing rooms

• All meals, snacks, beers, wines etc.
